4. Update PlayOnline Mail Password

SE phone support gets' a F for FAIL
I contacted them today for this issue and the rep said we're sorry no way to fix this unless you know the original password. He said it's an ongoing issue.
COME ON SE. The tech support failed to give this info and a normal player was better support then the paid representatives.
If your support team can't resolve issues like these and they don't know enough to help the customer then your phone support stinks.
