Best thing about SE support is how no one cares about the customer. I used the in game help desk from another characters to report a stuck character, seeing as I can't log in because that zone crashes my game. I waited and I waited and waited some more for over an hour. Not a single message. So I went to resubmit it only to then get a message from the Help Desk menu that they couldn't help me. Why someone couldn't take 10 seconds to tell me that directly I don't know. If I didn't get annoyed with the poor customer service and try to resubmit, I would never have seen the message. All this to move a character from a zone so I can log on. Now I get to wait on hold for a few hours more in the playonline.com support section. YIPPIE!
