    Delivery Box system suspended ?!?

    Um, so last month it was UCS-5024 and deactivated Content ID's:

    This month it's a dead Delivery Box system?!

    Curious, what do you have in store for us next month ?

    I suppose this is minor compared to deactivated Content ID's?

    Do you guys like putting the cart before the horse? Testing updates might be an idea before implementation. Just a thought. Or, just get coders who have a clue.

    Please, don't ever work for Microsoft. You make them look like gods.

    Classic examples of how not to implement an update. Way to go SE!! You suck rocks.

    OK. I will answer myself.

    You use, yet again, another Emergency Maintenance (May 10) to fix yet another side effect of poor update implementation. These "so-called emergencies" sadly and seemingly used on a regular basis to fix update failures is not what I call integrity, good planning or quality service.

    If you aren't pleased with the service you are getting, quit, I highly doubt you'll be missed. Go play WoW, and become a faceless number, see how much a company like Blizzard give a rat's ass about your opinion.

    Do you have any idea how hard an MMO is to code? Have you even so much of ever coded a simple HTML website, for that matter? The IDs deactivating themselves is a bug, I'm sure they know about it. I'm sure they are working on it. About testing, you might want to look at that schedule they released recently, and take note they are opening a public test server, so then you are more than welcome to help them fix bugs. And let's compare Square Enix to Microsoft shall we...

    Square Enix has 3,338 people working for them, as of March last year. I'm sure that number has dropped since.
    Microsoft has 89,000 est. working for them, as of about the same time last year.

    Hardly comparable, don't you agree?

    To finish off, the reason you didn't get a reply is because I highly doubt any of their community/support staff want to talk to you.

    And that "Emergency Maint." was needed. The entire delivery system messed up, which is expected oddly enough, considering the last change to it was to limit the amount of gil that could be sent by 1 character, and that was years ago.

    To be frank, if it was the middle of last year, I would've spent absolutely none of my time defending SE. But, since FFXIV not doing as well as they expected, and you, and I know exactly why, I'm sure they do too, they are making a real effort to gain back ground with the playerbase. This new dev team in particular are trying as hard as they can to breathe life into a game that is nearing a decade old. Hell, this game is older than you mentally.

    Get off their back.

    In conclusion, and going back to my original point, you sir, are a moron.
