Decided to yoink a screenshot before the servers go down. This is 100% the size of the window area. 2s, 8s, and 6s have a sort of fuzziness to me on their lower ends. And while not shown here, a 7 on an equip window, like with ammo, is difficult to discern from a 1. I'm thinking the fact the numbers are being italicized is part of the issue next to their actual size.
