    They were only added to original content dungeons, not EVERY dungeon. Boyahda tree is a Zilart zone. Even then, not all dungeons in the original content areas have books either: The beastmen strongholds of Beadeaux, Castle Oztroja, Davoi, and Castle Zvahl do not have books.

    They put them in places such as Horutoto. It was in one of the anouncements.
