Ducal Guard, Zenith, Earth Wyrm on VE

Does Ducal Guard activate @ 50% automaton's HP?

I was doing some test today on VE, with DG/Zenith/Earth Wyrm. I didn't notice any big difference in Damage Taken until my VE reaches below 30% HP.

But on DG alone, I should have received 50% -dt @ 50% auto's HP.
Was testing on Tought Sand Sweeper at abys-altepa and with Equalizer, Armor Plate II, Barrier Module, and putting at least 2 earth maneuver most of the time .

Does anyone know why DG kicks in @ 30% HP instead of 50%HP?
or was I seeing things!?

i've been leveling guard, and noticing on players, your damage taken will be 50% at (50% health or orange hp) and -75% at red hp (or less than 25% hp) so you may just not have enough -dt at 50% to notice the difference

Should be fairly obvious...

Hp % is based on % hp without crour buffs/atma. Earth wyrm adds +10% hp...

It should activate at 50% of non-abyssea hp for your pet.

2k base
2200 with earth wyrm atma
should activate at 999 hp (roughly 44%)

when i want Caprice to tank some nm for me, i use VV, ducal and mounted champion. i found it amusing ^^

I guess without being able to get such -dt gears as bst and pets with 5k+ HP, is kinna pointless having -dt atma built for VE to tank and should just stick with multi-hit/regen/regain atma and have it spam Cannibal Blade instead?

just tank for your puppet. w/e your fighting will die faster, unless its cuelbere.
