I guess the merge will suck at first for endgame players (i.e. most players) but SE obviously recognise the issues around overcrowding from the mentions of 'congestion' in Port Jeuno (my peecee sounds like it's going to take off whenever I zone in there!!).... It just might take them ages to actually do something that helps reduce it.

Ya I remember the days of playing on a dead server it was awesome to be able to get most of what I wanted to do finished with little to no competition. It sucks having everyone camping everything all the time now I feel for the servers merging. Just remember to stock up on items that sell better on your destination server to lighten the blow of getting screwed. lol

Well, adding another Horst in port jeuno would at least spread people out a bit. Adding one or two of them in Lower Jeuno would help too. While you can't idle in Lower and hear the shouts from Port, you can still go use the teleporters in Lower Jeuno whenever you know you're not looking for shouts. It would be a helpful option for those who get big slowdowns in Port Jeuno at least.

This should be fun. I actually looking forward to seeing some new people around, Phoenix got kind of boring with only 1000 or so people on at a time.

It's just the fact that Fenrir has Feiwong on it. I'm sure there are plenty of good people there, but personally I was hoping I would NEVER be on the same server as lolFeiwong since I've read all the stories about him being a monumental douchenozzle.

I'm going with Diabolos... I'm not looking forward to more people on Siren, we seem more like a back water server slow on the revolutionary techniques, maybe shells will have to increase to accommodate extra people on the server luckily, I didn't have to drop my stacked inbox

I don't understand the whole meaning of merges...

All I can think of SE doing that is to save some money??? Well if that's the case, ok, linkshell got kicked into other server may simply break-up, players who fail to camp/complete within much larger population server will got bored and upset, and therefore leads to ID cancellation, that's not saving money.

I do not see the advantage of this...

I am in Odin. Odin is already over populated, this is really going to make Jueno lag even worse, NM's camps horrible.. The only good thing i can see coming out of this is maybe my low level items might sell now!!! Lol i doubt it though.

Maybe if you are not doing Empyrean trials... Briareus was camped really bad last night.

Wait what, Titan was averaging 1800 at peak, 900+ at low pop times. And you guys get to keep your server name? What gives?
