first thing I notice is the size I've always thought that was enough, also the unique name above the abnormally large NM. it stands out to me plain as day.

if a change was to happen... Mix it up,what I think is that some NMs should be larger (like current), smaller, slightly different color (and I'm not talking different as in mob normally brown but NM is neon green, NM should be dark grey or something), and lastly just plain out of place (i.e the tiny NM ram in W Ronfaure).
