There is nothing wrong with my payment check the links to see Screen shots.That means there was a problem with your payment method. Under normal circmstances, you never, ever have to manually "extend" your contract (in fact, no such option exists- you cannot pay manually).
They likely will not see any reason to add non-card payment methods (other than possibly game cards via Crysta, but they would probably have to revamp playonline's backend systems to work with that) and in fact the lack of payment options is partially due to the design of playonline itself- it's about as easily modified as FFXI is (which isn't easy at all). In your case, there is basically no difference between a debit card transaction and a "direct debit" transaction other than the lack of a card itself- and what bank doesn't offer a debit card with checking accounts? Direct debit is no more safe and secure than the debit card.
