Automaton and Mute

While fighting Carabosse today, I went PUP with WHM frame. Everything went smoothly, but I noticed that my automaton would constantly cast silena when I was Muted; even though Silena/Echoes would not remove Mute. So I was wondering why the automaton would reconize it as silence (I suppose because they share the same icon...)

And for that matter, why make -nas come before Cures? Or why have the Automaton cast Silena on you when you aren't subbing a job that grants magic/ninjutsu/songs/etc... Is there any chance that this could be bumped under the priority to cure?

Pet AI need some serious updating, it doesn't recognize many things like mute or monster Immunities and it's magic priority system is outdated and never been enhanced in like 5 year?

It's really sad and I feel like crying right now, excuse me...
