Merging Servers concern

Hello, first of all im a Ramuh sevrer player, at start i was a little dissapointed when SE announced the world merging, after a few days i realised it was an oportunity to meet new people and keep enjoying the game, but yesterday, reading the news about world merging I got totally shocked by what was stated there:

I won't be able to reactivate my account until the world merging.

It's really sad cuz i use a debit card to pay my monthy fee, so every month i got to reactivate my account, i think this is not fair, cuz i know many people who, like me, use this card type due lacking of a credit card, i would be pleased to SE hurry up the world merge or allow us to reactivate accounts while waiting....... T.T

Character Reactivation Service is disabled, but not account activation... I thought. Right?

I've already tried to reactivate another account i have and i have 3 days trying, and i still can't do it T.T, so i think account reactivation is disabled, i don't know if it is on purpose or just a bug, but the point is not me, and not 2 of my friends can reactivate the accounts T.T

Yep, SE stated that this was solved on March 5th, but i still get the same error

i tried since the first day of this month to reactivate my account and only i got the same message over and over
the worse thing is im getting tired

you dont have a Check card?

I use a check card and it recurs automatically fo rme every month

if our crappy mexican banks could issue that im will surely get one
