If you're talking about ??? where you trade a rare item to pop a NM then it's a macro not a bot. Most people make trade macros so they don't have to bother opening the menu. It takes far too long to do it from menu and a macro is much more efficient..

Bots/scripts do exist to instantly target the variety of ??? and do the exact movements required, can make all the answers you like but they really are out there.
