Make it so it overrides itself. Would make it very nice when in the middle of sound aggro mobs, that when it starts to wear off we can just reapply it without needing to drop sneak.

If it was an exception to a rule, I'd be fine with it. But with the current game mechanic, the reason it works for Invincible is because when you cast a spell, Invisible will wear off, but not Sneak. The straight forward solution to this would be to make casting spells drop Sneak too, which I hope they don't add.
If they do it somehow without changing the effect spells and JAs have on the Sneak status effect, I'm all for it.

And like Arcon said, neither spells overwrite themselves. Performing any action simply makes you lose invisibility, while not all actions make you lose sneak. This is easy to see if you try to cast invisible on an invisible character other than yourself.
