    Error USC-5313 (can't update credit card info)

    This is the error code I keep getting while trying to put a new debit card on my account. It is for 'The card is not eligible for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode service.' Problem is, it is eligible and activated with it.

    I had to get a new debit card, and since my old one on file with POL was canceled my payment didn't go through. I got this new card from the same bank as my old one. My old card always worked with POL, and I signed up (successfully, I confirmed it on my bank's website) for SecureCode with the new card as well, but for some reason POL isn't recognizing that.

    I've tried several times to have it go through, but it keeps saying the same thing. I can see no reason why this shouldn't be working, other than more registration server problems. Does anyone have any ideas to the contrary?

    Oh, and I'm playing on PC. That shouldn't really matter for this though.

    Glitch in the system if I remember right. The work around was to not verify--hit the back button and then you should be able to apply/save the new numbers or something like that.
