    for real...BP Rage is more or less a SMN's WS in abyssea--how many jobs in Abyssea can spam a WS every 30 seconds (or less)?.

    Furthermore, I think this is fair because BP ability delays can't be lowered by haste, and we all know how crazy 80% haste on a DD with 50% Double Attack is.

    And I'm not even a summoner.
