Steps:
I've killed nearly every Dhalmel in the game and the drop rate seems to be rare (5%) or less on all of them.
You used to get 1-3 hides from Tahrongi / Buburimu / Altepa Dhalmels but that's no longer the case.
The drop rate used to be common - very common (15% and 24% respectively) on these Dhalmels as well, that's also no longer the case.
With TH3 I've gotten 2 hides in 30 minutes of killing 50+ Dhalmels.

2) I know what a 1-5% drop rate vs 15-24% drop rate is with TH3-4. I know what mobs never dropping more than 1 hide is.

Unless you've done it like thousands of times for a decent sample size, it's just probability being unkind, or possibly your inventory filled up and you weren't paying attention.

I never claimed to be a forum mod. I'm doing you a service by letting you know, because if you don't do it, the actual forum mods will move the thread to "not a bug report" or "insufficient information" and it won't get reviewed. That's how their system works. And the fact that I post a lot is irrelevant. I don't care about a number, so I have no idea why you or anyone else does- there's no need to be rude.

Tried them, killed 50 and got 2 hides with TH3-4. Used to get double and triple drops off them during WotG.
I've tried nearly every Dhalmel, they simply don't drop at any rate above 5% anymore.

If WOTG was the last time you did it, it's entirely possible they changed it and simply didn't tell anyone, but most likely the only way for us to know is where they decide to put this thread.
