Steps:
1. Activated the Intermediate Records of Eminence tutorial objective "Skirmisher: Rala Waterways".
2. Entered the instance but suffered a Timeout failure.
3. The quest log is now permanently stuck displaying "Completed 10/10".
4. The menu does not allow me to toggle, drop, or cancel the objective.
5. Completing a subsequent standard run successfully and using the Fenestral Key does not trigger the reward or update the server flag.
6. Speaking to Eternal Flame or other RoE coordinators does not award the Mog Kupon W-SRW. Character data profile is locked out from completing the intermediate tutorial tree.
