Not getting Vana'bout Title despite 100% completion and registration

Details:

I participated in the most recent "Vana'bout" event and obtained the maximum Plaudit score (1415). My score was registered with the Coordinator Moogle in Mhaura.

However, when I talked to the Coordinator Moogle at around 11:15 EST today, he would not grant me the Vana'bout-exclusive title.

I could tell by /check that some other players had obtained the title, so it wasn't a matter of timing: I should have been able to receive the title at that time.

My guess is that there was an error with my hi-score registration or some weird network event that occurred when I checked with the moogle the first time.

This is the third Vana'bout event I have participated in where I obtained the maximum Plaudit score but did not receive a title. I am growing increasingly frustrated that my repeated hard work is going unrewarded because of little technical issues (in the past, it was related to my name not being in the "Top 100" because there were 200 players with the top score.)

Steps:
Participated in Vana'bout.
Completed every objective every day during the event period.
Ended with 1415 plaudits.
Score registered with Coordinator Moogle.
After event conclusion (today, 9/1 @ around 11:15 EST), I checked the Overall Player rankings at the Coordinator Moogle. I did not see my name.
After closing the dialogue window, my title did not update.
After zoning, my title did not update.
Reconfirmed via Quests menu that my "Vana'bout" quest option is darkened out, and that the "Plaudits" score reads "1415."

The issue with not getting it because the leaderboard was full was supposed to have been addressed .

Have you claimed all the other rewards?
