Don't get me wrong..I enjoy the content immensely. Unfortunately, nobody wants to spend their hard-earned mog segments to "help" new or returning players get access to the higher tiers. I've been back off and on since 2023, and nobody is interested in starting from zero and climbing to lv15 Bumba. The content is challenging enough when you start getting to the higher tiers that you need VERY specific job and class combinations and it's just not feasible to get a ragtag group together to do something like this. Plus, losing hurts, because mog segments aren't exactly the easiest currency to get a lot of.
The answer I usually get is if "If you need RP, just ask someone who has access to bring you in", but that still requires them wasting their mog segments, and they often don't need RP anymore. I'd rather just be able to do it myself, with my own mog segments, on my own time.
My suggestion is a catch-up mechanic, where someone who has done that tier of difficulty can join someone who hasn't for free. They get no rewards or credit, but can still assist in the fight. That way, the players who need it must pay (They haven't done it yet), but a veteran does not. I know several people who would likely assist if something like this was implemented.
I've been wanting to do this content for years but on a small server like Sylph nobody really wants to spend their segments just to *maybe* help. I can't imagine it's much better on medium servers. Maybe it is.
