• Wait for Raminel to go near the Auction Counter.
• Approach Raminel while he is there.

Strange happenings in Southern San d'Oria! Oh, it's just Raminel. This doesn't happen in the entire map, but sometimes he poofs into existence with a cloud of dust. It looks like the one which replaces his model during April Fools' day.
