Fields Of Valor adjustment

I have been dabbling further into the Fields of Valor content lately, and found that a few things bother me, and seem a little unbalanced with the games current state.

First, some of the field support costs such as Repatriation or the field recipes are a little too high. Seems like I burn through tabs pretty quickly, I always find myself needing the teleports back to my home nation, and repatriation is the quickest/easiest way. Either lowering the price or introducing some alternative way to get back to our home nations would be appreciated.

Second, the cots of taking part in elite field training is far too high. 100 tabs to only reward myself with x2 1500 gil at MOST can be a little on the "why would I even think about doing that" side. Also because some of the augments are random negative outcomes the pressure of trading something good, and winding up with a worse outcome can be unwanted.
The elite training regimes have allot of potential, maybe lowering the cost of tabs to take part in them, or raising the rewards by maybe triple would seem a little more fair to the players.Also I would like the option to augment Rare or exclusive items! =D

I wholeheartedly agree. The costs of repatriation and the elite regimes are beyond excessive. The 50 tab price to go back home is increasingly ridiculous in light of the changes made to the prices of instant warp and retrace scrolls. I can see how originally the prices were fully justified, but with the changing climate in the game its just one more of many things that still have vastly too high a fee for the value of the service vs. the effort required to earn the payment for said service.

I tend not to use Repatriation because I don't do FoV that often. Instead I get Horst to teleport me to Aby-Attohwa maw, then it's just a small walk to the outpost (200 cruor and 100/300 gil is worth using more than 50 tabs).

Scrolls of Instant Warp paired with a home point in your home nation are the alternate way, and the cost of them was recently lowered to boot. You can outpost warp from your home nation, and with the upcoming Abyssea NPC introduction to starting nations, you should have little reason to have your home point elsewhere. 300 gil to warp to Whitegate and then a free warp to outside Jeuno, if not right inside Jeuno, is fast too.

Lots of options out there to use besides Repatriation. I still have over 10,000 tabs, but I don't do much FoV now that I capped xp on all the jobs I wanted to take to 90. But it would be nice if they could reduce it a little.

Regarding this statement above, you should use La Theine aby port because it's "right" there lol. For those that are a little more lazy or their time of 30 seconds is of a bit more value haha.

As far as the porting....well I can't really say I care because back in the day when FoV first came out I was still doing a ton of skill ups and that zone was perfect to get some tabs, some extra xp and some skill ups in the range I needed them so I built up over 30k worth over time on the different skilling up sessions and just boredom when I didn't have time for anything but a page or 2 and Abyssea didn't exist yet. But I do understand the want to have a bit less cost considering the gain per page isn't exactly worth the time invested sometimes. I'd say 25 FoV tabs for a port back home based on what you receive after a page is sufficient enough IMO.

Repatriation is the main reason i do FOV. I use it all the time as an extremely convenient transportation device. Considering how little other buffs cost, a utility like repatriation shouldn't cost so much.
