Phase Displacer NPC sells 60 Phase Displacers every time

Steps:
1. Talk to Ardrick.
2. Select "Purchase phase displacers".
3. Enter any number other than 60.
4. An accurate payment confirmation window will pop up, showing the amount of 1,000 gil times the number you input. Confirm the payment.
5. Ardrick's next dialogue will end with "...I can't argue with your 60000 gil. Here, take your 60 phase displacers." and you will exchange 60,000 gil for 60 Phase Displacers. (Regardless of the amount entered in step 3.)

I have tested this by entering 1, 40, and 99 as the quantities to purchase.
In all three cases, I received 60 Phase Displacers and lost 60,000 gil.

I do not have a character without the key item "Rhapsody in Mauve", so I do not know what happens if you talk to Ardrick without it.
