Today, I received the Filled Memory Gem Key Item. After using Marjory's Thesis after that, I went to my mog house to spend those points and the menu option has disappeared. I exited and opened FFXI again, have tried restarting my pc, switching to a job that isn't 99 then back to a 99 job, exiting and returning to the mog house to try again. Every option I can think of and the menu has not returned.
