Lightbringer Mission Bugged

On this mission Rahal should give you key item Crystal Dowser,previous cutscenes have been met but all he says is “The sword has already been found” so he doesn’t give the key item.so I tried going to the Temple of Uggalepih anyway and tried getting the three Piece of broken key from three lots of ??? and all it says “this platform looks like a place for an offering”. So it doesn’t give me the key items I need to spawn the NM for the mission.i looked this up online and it says this is a known issue with this mission and when Rahal says the sword has already been found then it blocks you from progressing further in the mission.Please help .

You might just be screwed. It'll take well over a year to get them to care enough to help you.

You're certain you flagged the mission, you're certain you talked Rahal, you're certain you don't have the dowser in your KI list

See what Curilla says, if it's related to the lightbringer or if it's about her canteen or something else

Hello,yeah iv checked and double checked everything,the mission Lightbringer is flagged.i had the cutscene at the door then it stops at Rahal,he says sword has been found,Curilla says something similar where she found the sword.i checked key items to be sure he hadn’t given it to me previously and he hasn’t.when i googled it i found that this is a known but rare issue with this mission.I read that a GM could reset the mission status but when i called for help the GM said nothing they can do and told me to report it here.Its a shame really because i took a 6 year break from the game and came back two weeks ago and been catching up on lot of stuff and then hit this roadblock with my nation rank mission .Thank you for your reply,i guess il just wait now.
