Adoulin Missions all reset

While looking through my missions log I noticed that for some reason all my my Seekers of Adoulin story missions are gone, and the game thinks I'm on the mission "The Geomagnetron". I finished adoulin years ago and have the Shneddick ring and other things you can only get by beating it as proof. I have no idea when or why this happened, its been some time since I last played. No other story Missions are affected and seem to still be completed, its just Adoulin that's been reset.

I found another thread on this forum with someone who appeared to have the same issue, but there was no followups https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/62442-Seekers-of-Adoulin-Missions-Reset.

In their thread they said they couldn't access Sortie or Sinister Reign. I tested it myself by interacting with the sortie entrance object and did get a message asking me to join and stating queue position so that seems to work, but for SR the NPC Malobra does not recognize me and treats me as if I haven't finished the story, even though I've done Sinister Reign in the past.



I haven't done a full sweep of things that require Adoulin completed to do, but safe to say this is a significant setback to my account and would be very tedious to do all over. Can I request some technical support to get Adoulin flagged as all cleared on this character again?

Have you tried without any third-party modifications in the mix?

I see your fonts are a bit weird, hence the wondering.

I do doubt those could do such a thing, but well, I suppose they can do anything really, so it might be an idea to pursue.

If you still posess the ring and other items you get from doing the missions I wouldn't stress over it, especially if you've also claimed the capacity point bonus from completing the missions (ROE objective). It's probably just a display glitch, or you could have logged into the wrong character or something. Otherwise, if it's not actually just the audolin missions and your character actually seems like it's time warped into the past you may have gotten rolled back somehow.

I've seen my share of strange things but this is a first.

In any case, one other thing-

I suspect you've gotten rolled back, which is extraordinarily rare but has happened before. THis would be an account issue you should contact support for (and don't let them refer you to the forums). It may be possibel that they can roll you back to before the roll back happened.

However, they can not simply modify your progress- it's more than just setting flags. Worst case you may have to do them again but maybe you can get something useful out of support. But as I suggested, this forum section is not for account support, you need to go to the square enix support site.
