    AU Store FFXI 'Sold Out' / 'Unavailable'

    Hi All,

    I've been playing the trial version and I'm hooked.

    Now I'm wanting to purchase the full version of FFXI, however when I navigate to the Square Enix Store page (Australia), it informs me that it's unavailable and 'Sold Out'?

    That seems incredibly strange to me for a digital storefront, especially right now when so many campaigns are in place driving players to purchase the game.

    Does this happen often? Is it a known issue?
    Surely Square Enix would be ensuring the store is working correctly during an enormous sales campaign such as now?

    This here section is intended for issues with the game software, I believe, although I'm not sure that really stands any longer...

    Though I'm not sure anyone besides us users look there... any longer.

    As for the issue, yeah, I don't think this is anything new, and it is unavailable for the EU store as well.

    They even run out of the free trial sometimes too. :]

    (Of course the free trial does require something generating codes for it as well, so there is that... but I suppose it still requires someone to look after that generatooor too.)
