Broken RSS feed for EU/US "Topics"

    Details:
Click on the RSS logo near "TOPICS" in ff11 official website top page.
Japanese one loads correctly in many RSS viewers.
EU/US may or may not work (depends on how "strict" the RSS viewer parsing engine is. As an example, Opera throws a generic "could not connect" error, Microsoft Outlook downloads the feed but has text formatting issues.)
Trying to visit the XML page on firefox returns this error:
    XML parser error: non well-formed
    address: https://www.playonline.com/pcd2/topics/ff11eu/topics.xml
row no. 55, column no. 45:
<title>Moogle Support Campaign for New & Returning Adventurers</title>
    ---------------------------------------------------^
Internet Explorer adds the reason for the error: Whitespace is not allowed at this location.

And here's an example of the text formatting issues on Outlook:
"Enjoy the 24th Vana&apos;versary Events" instead of "Enjoy the 24th Vana'versary Events"
    ----
Maybe it's better (i.e. here's the solution) to:
sanitize & into and (if you still want to use & at least escape it correctly, with &amp; or &#38; )
    sanitize &apos; into &#39;
to 1. avoid XML breakage 2. Let the apostrophe be correctly visualized in all RSS viewers, as &apos; is a HTML5 entity only!!

There's actually multple broken links in the posts made since the transition- every one of those sqex.to links gets a 404 for me.

edit: the links I was referring to have been fixed.

Argh! I'm one of the dozen (dozens!) people who still use RSS. I hope it can be resolved ^_^

For the time being I suggest using the RSS feed located @ https://www.ffxiah.com/rss/news
Seems like it is rebuilt using data from SE's US one (maybe it aggregates multiple sources...)
You lose european time-zones (well... unless you were already using the US feed... in that case you lose nothing!) but at least the XML is not broken (no firefox errors, can be imported in all readers :P)

Wow, thanks! I am European but I can work with this for the time being. I really appreciate the tip.
