75 Dynamis Relic Drop Rates

Steps: Try to spawn WHM relic gear - gear never spawns
1. Fight monsters that drop relic gear
2. Keep fighting monsters the drop relic gear
3. Still keep fighting monsters that drop relic gear

Result: no WHM gear will drop


After keeping track of the loot, I believe that the loot table is bugged. I have spawned over 100 pieces of relic gear from Dynamis-Jueno within the last few days and it continues to spawn the same 8 pieces of gear and it won't spawn the remaining 7 possible pieces.

The jobs that are dropping are:
PUP COR RDM DRK BLM NIN THF DRG

and the jobs that are NOT dropping are:
WHM WAR MNK SAM RNG DNC BRD

1) your post isn't in the form of a bug report and will be ignored by SE until it is, please see the sticky thread for details
2) you just have bad luck. Spend another ten minutes or an hour and you'll see something else. I've gone there just recently and literally everything dropped. Bad. Luck
3) The only provable cases of drops being bugged are cases of something that is supposed to be 100% or near 100%, is not posessed by anyone in your party in any of their inventory bags, and still doesn't drop.
4) it's not applicable to Jeuno but so you're aware, in the dreamworld dynamis zones drops vary by mob type.

Apparently I had those items in my storage which is why they weren't dropping.

I typically see more relic by just killing more mobs and having more inventory empty before entering.
BLU BLM BST or GEO great for that since they don't need to engage to clear large sections of the zone every minute.

Last week before today's update I was able to get several WHM Dynamis drops in both regular dynamis and dream dynamis zones ( I was farming for NIN gear!)
I do not believe it is currently bugged. I hope this helps!

I have also seen WHM WAR MNK SAM RNG DNC BRD gear in that time.

It's really just the way this game works sometimes. When you want something, you don't get it. When you eventually do get it, afterward you'll suddenly see it drop constantly. lol
