    Why does some barges in Carpenter's Lander not accept passengers?

    I'm trying to fish special fish in the channel in Carpenter's Landing.

    Sometimes the barge takes 30 minutes to arrive in some locations.

    Does it need to be a 30-minute wait from North Landing?

    I feel like something is not being explained...

    Ah, I figured it out. The NPC near the Survival Guide, Anguenet explains the different routes. It's probably easiest for someone interested in fishing to just go to the Survival Guide in Carpenter's Landing before 0:30 game-time.

    its the same thing as bibiki bay, there are different routes that aren't the same length....
