It's not "missing," they simply chose not to include it.

I think it was just human error? SE has made mistakes during campaigns in the past, like giving us Medals from login points for too low of a price.

i mentioned 3 other campaigns not taking place in May, there's probably even more, but I don't want to go over that list.
Doubt it's an error, those are the campaigns SE decided to do.

It certainly could be, it could also be a deliberate decision, or the mistake could either be just not listing it (and it's still there) or not including it, or both.

But we rarely know why SE decides to do this or that. I just take issue with suggesting it was simply a goof when we don't really know.
