    • Uncooperative with troubleshooting?
    • Rude to everyone?
    • rules out any end-user issue without trouobleshooting?
    • attacks anyone who offers information? ✓
    • doesn't go through the proper channels for tech support?
    • gets irrationally angry over what is probably a temporary issue? ✓
    • makes an overtly big deal out of blocking someone instead of just doing it?

      okay maybe that last one isnt really nightmare customer related but it's still funny.

    Neither I nor anyone else was "looking for trouble." On the other hand, it sure seems like you were since you came here posting out of anger from the get-go. Like I said- Try being nicer to people. Also try not assuming malice from them too.
