    I'm unsure how Windows behaves in its current version when started in safe-mode, but I suppose it could be something new to try, if not trieded yet.

    That is, safe-mode with networking enabled.

    Been meaning to install Windows 11 on something to have a good poke at it, but didn't get to it yet... <|May|> <|Bee|> soon(tm)...

    Not that I am too hopeful that I'll be able to re-produce this, but am interested to try.
