    Please Make Limbus Jewels Reversible

    Hello:

Please make it so that the Jewels that we create in Limbus with the race shards, Murky Matters, and Alabaster Matters is reversible. It is easy to either confuse which Jewel you need for the gear set you're after or to simply trade five of the wrong race shards to the furnace while mass creating jewels.

For example, I was creating Jewels of Affection for use with my Clemency gear. I had Shards of Mercy, of course. But I also had a cache of Shards of Bravery that I planned to convert into more Shards of Mercy and I had some Shards of Trust because those are the shards I actually earn as Elvaan. I accidentally traded 5x Shards of Trusts with one of the trades and made a useless-to-me Jewel of Affection. I can't use it. I can't sell it.

Please consider making the creation of the Jewel process reversible. The Murky and Alabaster Matters are exceedingly rare and it's easy to make the mistake of creating the wrong jewel. Thank you for your time.

Or they can just make everything reversible! (Please read the whole post before reacting)

Or, you can just be more careful with your items and check and double check to make sure you're using the right ones. When you're dealing with rare items you ought to use more care and attention.

I can't agree due to the slippery slope of asking them to make any craft reversible. There's a line of reasonable changes and this crosses it. We've had rare items and rare crafts for years, I think most people understand they shouldn't

If the items are confusing, I think a better solution rather than to add a whole line of crafts or a whole new system to break items into all of their parts (we have long had desynth but you only get specific items back), I think the better and easier solution would be to address the confusion itself by changing the names and/or icons and/or descriptions.

Just remember no matter how many safeguards they put in place, someone will still eventually mess it up. So where do we draw the line if not here? If you could reverse the process with no losses, then players would only need to craft one item and can just repeatedly swap between items if they use both/all of them, which I definitely don't think would be an intended consequence.

Another option would be to show a warning before initiating certain high level crafts or item combinations. It would pop up the product on screen and say "You are attempting to create a/an <insert item here> Are you sure you want to continue?" And it can even use the new press-and-hold mechanic for confirmation they just added.

While I'm against making the process reversible, I'd be all for implementing safeguards to reduce the chances of making this kind of error.
