Not getting the TEMP ITEMS showing which floors are completed.

Steps:
1. KILL mobs on the floor to full 'gauge', get the units, but no Temp Item in items list. 1ST FLOOR
2. KILL mobs on the floor to full 'gauge', get the units, but no Temp Item in items list. AGAIN 3RD FLOOR
3. KILL mobs on the floor to full 'gauge', get the units, but no Temp Item in items list. AGAIN 5TH FLOOR
Tried to reset to a higher level and then went to a floor, 7, killed until the bar was full and STILL NO TEMP ITEM!

And an added input: Only opened 3 chests in a 24 hour period.

Never mind reread entire wiki page, states after 5th opened per WEEK, not able to do again.
