    My complaint is that we pay a monthly subscription for this service, so the game should be working perfectly so please fix it.
    I've got news for you, network issues can happen whether you pay for a service or not, and not every network issue is on the server side. In fact, most network issues are not. Data centers have the best network connections and machine stability that no end user can readily match. DDoS attacks and server capacity are the only thing that commonly tests the stability of connections on the server side. Asura was already closed to character creation and transfers because it is full and letting more people in would cause issues. So SE has already been proactive about preventing that kind of problem.

    The point is, you're demanding someone else fix a problem that is, in all probability, either on your end or somewhere in between you and the server, and acting like an overly entitled customer isn't likely to fix the problem.

    I'll put it one more way. If it was on SE's end, ,you would be seeing a lot more people here complaining besides just you.
