This linked page gives instructions on transitioning two-factor authentication to two smartphone apps, Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator.
Does this mean other smartphone authenticator apps, such as Authy, are not supported?

The pages do include 'etc.' in, for example, "(Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.)", so I'm not sure if there is any support list of applications, as long as they can deal with base32 encoding and sha1 'totp'.
I don't know about Authy, but I'd imagine it would work, just like something like 'oathtool' works (which is nice for users without them smartyparty devices, or who do not have access, or for any other reason will not use these "app stores").
Whether or not support will be offered by SqEX with issues related to having used any other than the mentioned big ones may be a different story of course... which is something to definitely keep in mind if going for it (but again, that 'etc.' to me at least indicates others are fine, too).
...or so the legend says.
