    Limbus: Please Adjust Temenos ??? Spawn Condition

    Hello:

    Please consider adjusting the '???' spawn condition in Temenos. As it stands, this condition is so obscure that it does not happen organically on some servers for months at a time. Although it used to just be a nice bonus, it is now required to spawn the CN NMs every month. As a result, people are required to spend anywhere from 4-10 additional hours in Limbus just trying to force the Temenos '???' spawn. On the other hand, the Apollyon '???' spawns organically almost immediately after the old '???' disappears without any additional effort from any particular person. This makes the additional time required for Temenos feel both excessive and unnecessary.

    This is particularly true when you consider just how much raw time we are expected to spend in Limbus. The weekly climb to just clear the 10 chests is approximately 6-10 hours per week. It takes about 4 more hours to cap units to 70,000. The mannequin NMs require approximately 5 additional hours (about 1 hour per day to hunt and kill all 8). The CN NMs take approximately 1 hour to clear Tier 1, 2 hours to clear Tier 2, and 4 hours to clear Ultima/Omega. That's A LOT of time in Limbus.

    And I understand that this stuff is meant to be cleared by an entire server, but some smaller servers just don't have as much participation as the larger servers. It takes a deliberate effort to ensure CN is spawned each month.

    So I am asking, please adjust the Temenos '???' spawn condition. Even a fix as simple as making the NM easier to identify just by sight (i.e. different name or larger model) would be a huge improvement. As it stands, it requires combing through all of the hundreds of monsters in Temenos and /checking all of them. And because they're so tightly packed and constantly moving, it usually requires /checking everything twice to make sure you caught everything. Or increase the frequency by which the '???' spawns after killing an NM. As it stands, it can take 20+ kills to find success.

    When we launch FFXI, we are told to not forget our family, our friends, our school, or our work. . . the sheer amount of time required by Limbus stands in stark contradiction to this message. And adjusting the Temenos '???' can shift us about 4-10 hours in the right direction. Thank you for your time.

    Kill the Impossible To Gauge mob twenty times we're pretty sure. it could be a few more with random people getting kills when we targeted it but shouldn't be much more if at all.

    When the ITG is killed, a normal mob elsewhere will change its /check to ITG, no physical respawn mechanic noticed.

    Is there a pattern to this? or can it just randomly be any mob in any section of the entire area?

    Should definitely have some kind of a glow to the enemy for example, but I suppose the intention might be for it to just happen at random, sometimes, without people actually looking for it (though if they went and made it Impossible to Gauge, that kind of plays against that idea).

    +1 to this. More things in this game need a visual or audio cue. (Just like how AMAN Trove chests make an audible noise based on the thud/loud thud/etc).

    I agree, it's pretty silly that the only way to locate the target is to painstakingly go through each zone tabbing and /checking EVERYTHING. Since it doesn't really matter who kills it (i'm pretty sure) there's no reason for it to be hidden in any way.
