I'm returning to the game after a long LONG break (2009) and wondering if there are any active English speaking linkshells around on Fenrir?

I have multiple 75's so would need to level them up, and I understand exp parties aren't a thing anymore..? But it would still be more enjoyable to be social in an LS while playing
