Items that have yet to be added to Same-account delivery list since forever

I haven't thought about it before but it's annoying with many items that could be deliverable to mules on the same account and certain items aren't (or still aren't) for a long time. I don't know if it's possible but still going to throw it in here. I'm just going to list some that's at the top of my head for the moment

Genbu, Suzaku, Seiryu, Byakko scraps
Shaper's Shawl
Omen Boss Scales - Kyou, Kei, Gin, Fu, Kin (Please reconsider or add a new npc to store these scales and job paragon cards, not to mention Job Paragon Cards are deliverable to same-account mules to begin with anyway)
