The description of the gear "Null Masque" is incorrect. It does not display stats of the gear but instead a message that reads: "A pair of cuffs that are completely devoid of courage. This item cannot currently be equipped."
It can still be equipped and it grants the stats of the gear. It only displays the wrong information.

This is the description that is given on the new limbus "cursed" equipment. Likely this piece got into the mix when adding that equipment
