So you're saying they should put things we don't want in the mog lotto instead? Then who would do it?

There has to be some kind of carrot on a stick for it. If they do as you say and replace it with something else, then you'll just make a thread saying that other thing should be a reward from content. This is just more "I have to have everything" entitlement.

They mog lottery is for things like cats eye or whatever.

A mount that has a cool animation should be available for people to work on from content, ambuscade or pet rearing or something.

They don't make new stuff very often, and when they do they put it in something almost nobody can get. Im not paying a sub to buy mog lottery balls (infact I'm not paying a sub anymore, they annoyed me to the point I unsubbed and this mount may have brought me back).

I know opinions will differ, but personally, I think it is fine absolutely as-is ^ ^
We don't need to collect everything, nor would we ever be able to.
The Red Crab mount is my favourite mount in the game actually, I always use it, but I don't really feel like I'm missing out just because it's not farting bubbles! Haha.


Besides, it's not like they can't add new mount variations with cool effects in the future that are also more easily obtainable.
As far as I know, there aren't many mounts with particle effects like this. Are there really any at all? Either way, given its rarity it also makes sense to me to introduce it as a rare prize, and then they can potentially add similar mounts later for the general public, if demand is really high.


Just my quick opinion on it, not trying to pass it off as the ultimate mindset or anything ^ ^
