Possible bug with New Year's Event Wayward Worm

When doing the New Year's Event ->Bring cheer to those in need! A monster <Wayward Worm> may pop when you select Overturned Soil. It will cast Bind or Bindga.

In the case of Bind, I resisted the spell.

Next time it popped it did Bindga.
Selecting your Mount (Crawler Mount in my case) allowed me to move while Bind was still active.

Unless I am mistaken, this should not happen. This should be repeatable given that I was not mounted at the time of the spell being cast - it had taken affect and I was mounting up to be able to chase the Goblin Rider to the next point. Only did this once and then submitted report.

Can confirm, I was rather puzzled when I experienced this myself trying to figure out the event
