Bastokan Conquest influence for Kolshushu region does not increase regardless of the amount of experience points earned by Bastokan characters earned in the Kolshushu Region.

1. Be Bastokan citizen
2. Get Signet
3. Defeat experience points yielding enemies for X amount of time within the Kolshushu region
4. Check conquest influence

Explanation of what I have observed:
I first noticed this issue in July 2025 after a friend mentioned he didn't think Bastok was gaining any influence in the Kolshushu region after multiple experience points parties in Bibiki Bay. Since then I have participated in multiple experience points parties in Bibiki Bay and tested with defeating other experience points yielding enemies around the region, like Labyrinth of Onzozo, and Bastok does not gain appear to gain any influence in the Kolshushu region. My friends and I once ran a test after a fresh Conquest Tally with 5 Bastokan characters and 1 Windurstian character and only Windurst gained influence while Bastok gained none. This was after a few hours and hundreds of thousands of experience points earned. Tested with various other combinations over the last 5 months and we have never seen Bastok gain any influence in the Kolshushu region. This includes level sync parties in other parts of the Kolshushu region as well as fresh "mule" Bastokan characters as a test to see if anything would make Bastok gain any influence in the region.

Since noticing the issue, I have watched the region and not once has Bastok taken control of the region or gained influence in the region. This seems to have been a bug introduced with the June 10th, 2025 update because I distinctly remember Bastok gaining influence in the Kolshushu and even controlling the region prior to the June 2025 update.

Please note, Bastokan characters continue to gain Conquest Points as they would normally while defeating experience point yielding enemies in the Kolshushu region, but Bastokan influence in the region does not increase.
