Crystal Fist III (S) Synthesis Campaign Ops Cooking impossible to complete

Steps:

I attempted the Campaign Ops Crystal Fist III (S) in Southern San D'oria [S] at the Adjutant NPC. I chose Cooking as my specialty and was requested to provide the ingredients for certain items in the Cooking domain. I noticed that the NPC would say items that have 3 items like Buffalo Jerky and Chikuwa were correct, but items that had more than 3 materials such as Butter Crepe, Chocolate Crepe, Fish Mithkabob, and possibly others were always incorrect. The NPC would stop letting the user input materials past three items. I repeated this campaign ops multiple times and always had the same result.

The correct synthesis is 4 beehive chips, but the NPC only let you do 3.



The correct synthesis items are given correctly but they are limited to 3 items. (NOT A BUG HERE, but just showing it does correctly work in this case.)



The NPC only lets you do 3 items again for fish mithkabob but there are more than 3 for this.

I seem to recall that there weren't supposed to be any recipes with more than 3 mats. But i've done a bit of digging and it's not just cooking that has it. So I'm not sure what the story is here. This may actually be something that got missed because it was hardly ever done lol
