    POL-0033 upon log in

    after being logged in today without issues, I lost connection to the server. when I tried to relog in, I am able to log in, but then get a POL-0033 error, refused by server error. I know Bahamut is a busy place, but it seems strange to get the error during none peek times. First got the error around 8:30pm cst. but still getting it at 2am cst. I have tried using a different network, with and without VPN, and turned off virus protection (windows defender) to no avail. anything else I can do on my end? I plan on calling SE in the morning.
