Tried home-point warping yesterday, wound up crashing to desktop, POL-0011 error code

I know, 0011 is node routing issues, but I tried all but two of the listed remedies (I don't use VPNs, and I don't currently have access to a long enough ethernet cable, sue me). I had downloaded and installed the September 10th, 2025 update successfully, logged into the game. I had logged out the night before, without any issues, in Rabao on the Fenrir server. I went to warp from Rabao to Port Sandy and got a crash to desktop right after installing the update. I tried throughout the day waiting a few hours between log-in attempts. I even tried a complete reset of my router and a full uninstall and fresh re-install of the game. I still get crashes, and I still get POL-0011. Is there anyone in the NA service and support center who can help me out and clear this problem up for me? Thanks kindly in advance.
Added info: I'm stuck mid-warp on my main character, Candlejack on the Fenrir server, somewhere between Rabao HP2 crystal and Port Sandy MH crystal. If I try logging in on Candle, a black downloading data screen comes up, it loads for a few minutes, and then kicks me back to the main log-in menu screen. I can log in on my alternate characters without issue. It's infuriating because I have a roadtrip coming up next month and I had paid for September, so I know I'm currently paid in full and that shouldn't be the issue. I wouldn't even care if a GM just snagged my main character up and yeeted him to Mordion if it'd somehow get me unstuck and back to playing on my main character.

This tends to be routing issues with certain ISP providers, it happens once or twice a year.

It normally clears up in 1-2 days, I used to have this and I swapped ISP and never had it since.

Try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 (google free dns) and see if it helps, make a note of your current isp provided one to change it back if not.

Yeah, this is accurate. It doesn't really have anything to do with the specific action you were performing ingame, this is just one of those things that can occasionally happen and is usually temporary.
