Spell list is really difficult to use!

I am a new player and I have been playing White Mage with Black mage as my sub job. and I really enjoying it, but as I've gotten higher level my spell book has become a complete pain to navigate!
I have tried to manually reordering my spells, but in the combined menu it mashes them together in a way that makes it very difficult to use. I noticed that if I hold down my mouse button when selecting it I can pick between the different magic types but that is very slow too! I've tried a bit with macros but found them equally difficult and not able to cover just how many spells I have...

Is there ways to make this easier? or make it so every time I click (even without holding) it shows me the sub menus? or a way to manually organize the combined list?

Is there at least a way I can make different spell 'loadouts' for different jobs? because the order I want my high level white mage spells might be very different from my low level scholar spells..

It would be an incredible QOL change to be able to remove spells from the active list when you want to

Best thing to do is to use macros. Most players don't really use the list outside of their least-used spells. Make macros and then you have a button for everything.

And stun, we like to menu stun so we can just mash the enter key when spawning Zirde.

It would be nice if we could tie the spells to equipsets and get our gear to change when we menu cast a spell. Until then, macro fantasy XI.
