Do something about the line for Einherjer. This content is absolutely miserable.

There is really not much wrong with it, you're just trying to do it at na prime time I guess.
There are 4 slots and people clear them in less 5-10 mins, and if those are packed during prime time you can still do the lower tier ones (i know people refuse to do anything less, but sometimes it's the smarter option).
You can also ask in say to group up or join another group. People do this all the time.
People keep complaining about einherjar. The Door is absurd. Can you not fix/instance this redundant, but necessary activity?
If people keep complaining they will just increase the delay on re-entry to 2 hours. That will fix congestion real fast.
Pro tip: Move off asura. Problem solved. This literally isn't a problem on any other server.
Asura got closed off for a reasons and this is one of them.
It's funny how people will insist Asura isn't overcrowded and yet they constantly complain about things like this that are literally caused by the server being over capacity.

Einherjar isn't a problem on Asura 90% of the time either, and when it is during prime I just did a t2.
Players need to get into the mindset of allowing others to enter with them, just start asking if others want to go in too and put some lamps in your bazaar. They can get them and come in too. You can solo it anyway, so why does it matter.
Instead of 3 people trying to fight to enter over 1 potential spot, all go in together. You don't even need to group up, just have a lamp.
