I don't know where else to put this. Move the Ghrahs from right in front of the door. Getting out is sometimes impossible with how fast things respawn.

it's part of the challenge of these floors, avoiding the ghrah aggro.

If you have access to a pet job you can sac your pet to get to the exit. Unlike in some content, the teleporter doesn't care if you have aggro as long as you don't get hit.
