I have encountered the same issue that the person in this thread encountered. I have posted the link below. Although Merlore resolved the issue, I do not understand Merlore's statement that "it was either OpenGL GDI compatibility on NVIDIA control panel needs to be set to compatible mode or adjust desktop size and position needs to be set to no scaling." Would anybody please elaborate on what exactly Merlore probably did to fix the issue that I am struggling with?

When I head to my display settings, there is no option to set it no scaling. The lowest setting is 100%. By the way, how do I turn on compatible mode in NVIDIA control panel? On a side note, I am using Windows 11.

This isn't a bug, it's a technical issue. Please post in technical support. I cannot be completely certain of exactly what they were referring to, but it is an issue on your end, not a bug with the game.

FFXI and POL are old software and some newer hardware and software configs don't always play nicely and it can be tricky to solve.
